An Adventure Simulation on the Illinois Frontier

Like the man himself, New Salem rose to fulfill its role in history, then vanished. Lincoln's New Salem: The Game takes you back to the 1830s Illinois frontier and puts you in the role of town co-founder James Rutledge. You'll hunt, fish, gather, and collect as you build your town into the kind of place a young, aspiring Abraham Lincoln would want to call home. Be forewarned, however: life on the frontier was far from easy, and your place in history is far from certain.
